Webinar is organised by PHD_POST.DOC CLUB and is addressed mainly to PhD students and researchers,  other staff dealing with bureaucratic issues is also welcome!

We would like to introduce activities providing to foreign students and researchers, relevant also to Czech students and staff working at UCT Prague. We will appreciate a discussion with you about your needs related to the bureaucratic agenda that you are dealing with. Your suggestions and ideas will be an inspiration for us.

Lecture topics:
1.    Visa formalities and types of residence permits for foreigners from third countries and for citizens from EU/EEA + Switzerland 
2.    Topic of this month - information for students and researchers with any type of working contract at UCT Prague about the tax return for 2020 

Lecture will be given by 
Mgr. Irena Moudrá, she is in charge of international staff and visitors, she assists them with a visa formalities, and she gives advisory before and after arrival to the Czech Republic, advisory with extensions of current stays. Irena is an administrator of a MOBIS system (information system for the evidence of foreign workers and visitors at UCT Prague)

Ing. Anna Mittnerová provides advice on internal administrative processes at UCT Prague, on social security, health insurance and income taxes for foreigners. She acted as the administrator of the mobility project CHEMJETS, in which 14 foreign post-docs were engaged in research activities during the years 2017-2020 at UCT Prague. Anna has gained a lot of experience from this project, which she would like to share with you.
