Are you ready to advance your research career? Join our Career Development Training Programme, designed to empower doctoral candidates with essential transferable skills and professional competencies for independent and impactful research careers.

This training consists of three separate workshops, each building upon the previous one. Attendance at all three workshops is required. Dates: 15.5., 22.5. & 29.5 starting 9:30am in B2319.

1. Plan Your Research Career (15.5.)	Career strategies and self-assessment for research planning	Research landscape, career goals, self- assessment, basic project principles	Structured career plan with personal goals and MSCA PF*- aligned outline
2. Research Project Essentials (22.5.)	Core project management skills for research projects	Budgeting, project timelines, design thinking, HR management	Project draft with budgeting and timeline skills
3. Grant Writing       (29.5.)	Mastering grant writing	Funding agencies, grant proposal language, MSCA alignment	Mini grant proposal draft and understanding of funding opportunities
* Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral fellowship
